Delicious German organic Schwarzbrot
My bread is made of natural sourdough, simply fermented flour and water. I use only organic ingredients, no artificial additives and lots of time to let the loaves ripen. This process makes my bread more digestible… and simply delicious!

Rye and spelt are the main ingrdents of this sourdough bread. Freshly ground anis, caraway, coriander, fennel, a dash of honey and a crunchy crust of millet seed give this bread a spicy aroma and a rich taste.
Sunny Spelt
Cracked spelt gives this sourdough bread a mild taste. A bit of wheat and sunflower seeds do the rest.
