Christstollen redefined – Stollenbollen: a whole Stollen in one bite. Made of wheat, yeast, dried fruit, marzipan, almonds, spices and sugar.
After almost 20 hours of bulk fermentation I baked my bread with roasted chestnuts, found in the woods in Ticino, Switzerland
